Sylvain Gelewski is an artist and curator who graduated in Contemporary Art Practices from HEAD–Geneva, CH, in 2019. His work encompasses painting, installation, writing, performance, and curating. He is interested in lists, colours, political events, neurodivergence, and the value of work, through a play between norms and their most superfluous details. Between 2019 and 2022, he actively fought in groups for artists’ rights. Between 2020 and 2023, he curated exhibitions at the Soul2Soul space in Geneva. From 2021 to 2023, he co-founded a trans-disciplinary project called Doppelganger Collective. Since 2023, he has been working as a curator for the Spielact Festival in Geneva. In short, if his various practices were to be arranged into one single form, it would probably be a Bento.
